Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notification

Submitting a Takedown Notice

To file a valid DMCA notice, the copyright owner or authorized agent must provide the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material on CineWave, including the URL or specific reference.
  • Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email.
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-Notifications

Repeat Infringers

CineWave may disable access for users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights. We reserve the right to take such actions at our discretion.
